You discount
You are on call
You reply on their tips
You won’t have an increase
You create policies and never follow through

Create a set schedule. Will there be times when you stay late and come early for occasions? Yes. If you work on your off days. There is a premium charge for that.

Increases. You don’t increase because you don’t want to upset Bonnie. Well you’re running a business not a non-profit, and the bills have to be paid whether you have an increase or not. Reassess your prices yearly. Demand will drive your increase. CLICK HERE for my increase system
Policies. Create policies that protect your business and your income. Have clients sign off on an intake form to acknowledge and agree so you can follow through a lot easier.
