Eligibility

  • Must be a W-2 commission salon owner with a team

  • Must be located in the United States

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • One entry per salon/business; duplicate entries may be disqualified

Entry Period

  • Entries open Sept 14th and close Oct 5th

  • Winner will be notified via email in late November

  • The winner and Nina will set the date for the 1-1 experience, to take place January–March 2027

Selection

  • One winner will be selected by Nina and a panel based on the answers provided in the entry form

  • Nina reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet eligibility requirements or contains false information

The Experience

  • Winner will receive services and products with an estimated aggregate value of $12,000+ USD in personalized coaching, strategy, hands-on support, delivered in person at their salon; no cash will be awarded

  • Additional contributions provided by VISH, PBA and Oligo

  • The 1-1 visit will take place on a date within January–March 2027

  • If the selected winner cannot accommodate the scheduled dates, is later found ineligible, or withdraws for any reason, Nina reserves the right to select an alternate winner

Media & Filming

  • A film crew will be present during the experience

  • Winners and their team members agree to be filmed, photographed, and recorded, and for that footage to be used in marketing and promotional materials

  • Winners will be required to sign a media release and program agreement prior to participation, which will include full terms around filming and usage

  • By entering, you and your business consent to being added to the email lists of Nina Tulio and VISH

  • You may unsubscribe at any time

Taxes

  • The prize consists of services and products with an estimated aggregate value of $12,000+ USD; no cash will be awarded

  • The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of the prize

Limitation of Liability

  • By participating, entrants agree that Nina Tulio, 1N Agency, LLC, VISH, Oligo Pro, and PBA are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize
